Welcome! Join us for weekly combined Yang style Tai Chi and
Qigong Classes in the town of Wolfville, Nova Scotia.

Tai Chi is one of the most effective physical exercises for the
health of the mind and the body. Yang style is the most practiced
form of Tai Chi worldwide.

Qigong harnesses the breath, movement, and intention to cultivate a healthy balance.

*Beginners are welcome to drop in for instruction in short form on Tuesday from 4:30-5:15PM followed by 15 minutes of Qigong with the ongoing beginners class (and are invited to stay for the remainder of the class).

Cost: $40/month or $12/class. Your first class is free.

Summer: Classes continue to the end of June. During July and August, free outdoor classes will be scheduled.

Each class begins with an introduction to Qigong exercises and then focuses on incrementally learning the Tai Chi form. The Beginner classes are in Short Form (Yang Style 37). In the Intermediate classes, both the Short and Long Forms are practiced.
